A: No. A head spa does not affect your hair color. Our treatments focus on the scalp, using gentle, professional-grade products that are safe for color-treated hair. They help cleanse and refresh the scalp without stripping or fading hair color.
Q2. Can I do head spa with extension?
A: While our specialists can work with various hair types, including blad, we need unobstructed access to provide optimal service. To ensure the best possible outcome for our head spa treatment, we kindly ask that customers with extensions, dreadlocks, or complex hair styles consider removing them prior to their appointment.
Q3. Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
A: Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and the best experience with our therapists. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Q4. Can I book for multiple people at the same time?
A: Yes. We welcome couples, friends, and small group bookings. We can accommodate groups of up to 6 guests at the same time.
